After planning a camping trip for the past couple weeks, it got canceled due to the cold weather that we had! So instead, we were able to go help my brother Josh and his family move into his house on Friday night. My parents were able to stay the night with us and we enjoyed a pleasant Saturday morning of lounging around, eating waffles, and visiting.
Steven was able to go out and "play" with his brothers while I stayed home and did "girl" things: shopping, shopping, and more shopping! And a pedicure of course :o) After Steven got home we made the drive down to Benson because one of my good friends I grew up with was having his mission farewell. On our way home Sunday evening, there was an accident on I-10 that put us about an hour and a half behind. When we finally reached the scene of the accident, we saw just the remains of a semi. Everything was destroyed except for the cab, which was sitting on the pavement. But we were able to make it home safely and are now ready for a new week! Hope everyone is doing well.
