I know I have a ton of other stuff to update but as I was sitting here at my dining table looking at our Christmas tree and listening to some Christmas music I felt so peaceful and wanted to write my feelings down.
I love this time of year. It truly is a magical and peaceful time in the world. I feel truly blessed to have this holiday and I know it is because of the birth of our Savior. It amazes me how people change and put aside so many things during this time of year. I'm glad it doesn't last all year, there's no way it could! It wouldn't make this time special.
Everything always looks so beautiful this time of year and I really do feel an increase of love and compassion in my heart. That is something to keep all year 'round.
I love that they still play Christmas music on the radio and that no one has made a fuss to have it removed (at least not that I know of, these days people complain about anything and everything)
Anyway, I hope everyone else enjoys this time of year as much as I do. I'm sure you do. I know we can get lost in the hustle and bustle of buying gifts but even then I feel a calm and peace about the world. There's still hope.

Christmas is a very peaceful and beautiful time of year. It is always nice to reflect on the birth of our Savior and enjoy spending time with loved ones!!
